Eplan

Configuration and data for Eplan. Our vision is to achieve the highest possible level of efficiency for every company working with Eplan. We do this our services, but also with a seamless link between Typical Manager and Eplan.

Eplan P8

The Eplan P8 platform is used for making electrical diagrams. All kinds of tools can be used to do this efficiently. For example; creating macros, generating forms and many other functions.

Cogineer

With Eplan Cogineer it is possible to quickly and easily generate automated electrotechnical and pneumatic diagrams. No programming experience or knowledge is required. Macro’s are used for this. Typical Manager has a powerful interface with Eplan Cogineer. In addition the EEC One link, that’s been around for many years, can also be used.

Typical Manager and Cogineer

The preparation of electrical diagrams can be further automated by using Typical Manager in combination with Cogineer. Typical Manager is then used for importing large or small tag lists, compiling machines and/or managing project data. Hardware configurations can also be created in Typical Manager to easily classify existing project I/O, automatically or by hand.

GENERATE

With generating instead of drawing, copy errors are prevented and uniformity is created, regardless the engineer. In addition the environment works a lot faster, and knowledge will be safeguarded. Once the project has been compiled in Typical Manager, an XML file can be generated. This file can then be imported into Cogineer, after which the instances are automatically created and data is filled in. The ‘generate’ button results in uniform electrical diagrams. With these latest Typical Manager functionalities, a very high degree of generation can be achieved.

Article data

In Typical Manager, articles can be selected based on characteristics. BeeFinity is used to manage, search and select articles. In addition to managing articles and article data, attachments are also shared. For example, ProPanel objects and UL certificates.
